Can I cancel my subscription?

We allow all our subscribers to pause their subscription. You could put it on hold for a while and then re-start it when you’re ready! However, there is no cancellation or refund once you’ve purchased it. If you’re not ready for a longer commitment, we also offer subscriptions for shorter durations (1 month, 3 months) for your convenience.

I haven’t received my box ?

If you’ve waited for your box for more than 10 working days beyond the date of delivery, then write in to us with your membership details, and we’ll look into it right away.

Will I lose weight on this subscription ?

The embrace box is a way to discover new, healthy products. While we do not guarantee weight loss, we promise this is a step forward to a healthier lifestyle. Embrace offers a complete package! Surf through our add-ons of class packs and sessions with our health experts to see what works best for you.

I am allergic to a specific ingredient, can you replace one of the items in my box ?

Yes, we can. We do make exceptions in the case of allergies. We will be able to replace that product with another product in stock or a surprise item from Embrace!

When will the box get delivered each month ? Will I be notified ?

Our boxes are shipped out on the 7th of each month. Once it is shipped, give it 3-4 working days to reach you, and you’ll be ready to Embrace!

Will you be sending new products every month ?

Oh yes! We will be sending new products every month. We like to call ourselves a discovery platform, so rest assured you’ll be in for a surprise month on month.

Can I pay cash on delivery ?

No, we’re only accepting cards at the moment.

I’m subscribing for more than a month. When do I need to make the payment ?

The payment for the entire duration will be made at the beginning of the subscription.

Can I change my delivery address in the middle of my subscription ?

Yes you may. Please send us an email, or call us on our helpline and we’ll make the change! Address changes have to be made at least 10 days before the shipment of the next box for

When and how should I consume these products ?

Once you have opened your box, you’ll find information about all the products. This includes its nutritional contents and how these products can be consumed. Please also feel free to write to us or give us a call in case you’d like any other issues to be addressed.

I loved a particular product from my box! Can I subscribe to that product alone ?

Yes, you can subscribe to just one or as many products from the box individually. You will find these in our online store on the website. You don’t need an active box subscription to do this! We give you the option of building your own cart, which you can subscribe to month on month, once you have an account with us.
