In what cases can you return a product
1. In case the products shipped to you are damaged:
Inside the package you receive, each product is packed individually. If the products inside are damaged as well, we will send you a replacement for those particular products. If only the outside package is damaged and the products inside are untouched, we request to you to please accept the delivery.
2. In case the product(s) is different from your order:
If the product is expired, completely different, or different in size, packaging, ingredients as mentioned on our website, you are eligible to return the order.
In the above cases, we will replace and resend the order to you. The above cases are not eligible for a full refund.
What are the conditions for return and replacement
1. The product should be in the same condition as it was received, in its original form and original packaging, with all the original labels.
2. The replacement is subject to the availability of the product with the vendor.
3. In case your area pincode is not serviciable for a return pick-up, please ship it back to us using a reliable courier partner. You will be duly reimbursed the courier charges upon sharing the courier bill with us on [email protected]
What are the conditions for a refund
1. If you have canceled the product before delivery, you are eligible for a full refund.
2. Instead, we are also happy to give you a credit note with additional credit!
