Shipping Policy

We currently have pan-India delivery services to all metros and certain non-metro cities. Embrace subscription and gift boxes are shipped using our own logistics partners and are shipped from our warehouse in Mumbai. For individual product orders, the vendors will ship them to you using their own logistics and shipping partners.

Shipping Time

  • For Embrace boxes, shipping time is a maximum of 7 working days. We ship on all working days (Monday to Friday) except public holidays & natural calamities during which the logistics partners may be closed.
  • For individual product orders, we allow our vendors 7 days maximum to ship the product. This is because many of our vendors prefer to ship fresh stock as the preservative content is low. However, the expected delivery time is usually between 2 to 4 working days.
  • If your cart has products from different vendors, they will be shipped to you separately.
  • We as well as our vendors try to our best to ensure that there are no delays in shipping, we apologize for any delays that are beyond our control.

In case your shipment is delayed:

  • In case there is a delay, please send us an email on [email protected] with your order number or please contact us on +91 91379 44990.
  • In case the shipment has been misplaced or lost, we can resend the order to you (if the same products are still in stock).
  • In this case, if you choose to cancel the order, we can issue a credit note with additional credit! Or reimburse the amount completely to you.

In case the package shipped to you is damaged:

  • If the package is open, damaged, or tampered with in any way at delivery, please take pictures of the box immediately and share them with us at [email protected] with your order number.
